Return & Refund Policy

 

 

Damaged or Tampered
At the time of delivery, please ensure that you do not accept any shipment that has been tampered or damaged in any way.

Incase you have accepted the damaged or tampered shipment, you need to ensure that

1) You mention a remark on the proof of delivery (POD) / run sheet (acknowledgment given by consignee while receiving the package) detailing the condition of the package, i.e. any visible damage or tampering

2) Email us at ecommece@kapilssalon.com  within 24 hours of the delivery along with Photos (video will be preferable) of the damaged goods.

After evaluating the issue, within 15 days, we will offer you a replacement of the product or a full refund of the amount, if the product is not available, already paid upon return of the original item(s).

Request after 24 Hours will not be accepted and processed.

  

Wrong or Incorrect Products:

In case you have received an incorrect product, please ensure that you email us at ecommece@kapilssalon.com   within 48 hours of the delivery.

Within 15 days, we will dispatch the correct product or a full refund of the amount, if the product is not available, already paid upon return of the original item(s).

The wrong/incorrect products sent back in must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags & seals, and in its original packaging

Request after 48 Hours will not be accepted and processed.

 

Refunds 
Only products that are coming under the ‘Damaged or Tampered’ or ‘Wrong/Incorrect Products’ can be considered for a refund. No other products will be eligible for return.

If the products are not returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags & seals, and in its original packaging.

OR

Any item returned showing signs of tampering, usage, alteration or damaged in any manner will not be acceptable for return in case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request. A fee of 5% will be charged as processing fees on all refund amounts. The refund amount might take 5-7 additional business days to reflect in your bank account.


In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified by going under a QC at our warehouse.


For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
